On the Phase of B–B̄0 Mixing Matrix Elements in the SUSY Standard Model

چکیده

It is shown that the complex phase of B–B̄0 mixing matrix element is same as that of the standard model one up to the minor correction of the order of (mc/mt) 2 or less in the SUSY standard model. This conclusion is valid as far as the Yukawa coupling constants are perturbative and realistic, and can be available for other realistic models where generation mixing and CP violation are solely due to Yukawa interaction among quarks and Higgs doublets. e-mail: [email protected] address after April 1995: Department of Physics, Faculty of Science, Toyama University, Gofuku 3190, Toyama 930, Japan

Constraints on Supersymmetric Flavor Changing Parameters Using B → PP Decays

We study contributions of quark-squark-gluino interactions in Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM) to B → PP (PP = Kπ, ππ,KK) decays using QCD improved factorization method for the evaluation of the hadronic matrix elements and taking into account renormalization group running of the Wilson coefficients from SUSY scale (≈ mq̃) to the low energy scale (= mb) applicable to B decays. Using ...

CP Violating B Decays in the Standard Model and Supersymmetry

We study the uncertainties of the standard model (SM) predictions for CP violating B decays and investigate where and how supersymmetric (SUSY) contributions may be disentangled. The first task is accomplished by letting the relevant matrix elements of the effective Hamiltonian vary within certain ranges. The SUSY analysis makes use of a formalism which allows one to obtain model-independent re...

The recent measurements of the Bs mass difference ∆Ms by the CDF and DØ collaborations are roughly consistent with the Standard Model predictions, therefore, these measurements will afford an opportunity to constrain new physics scenarios beyond the Standard Model. We consider the impact of the R-parity violating supersymmetry in the B0 s−B̄ s mixing, and use the latest experimental results of ∆...

We analyse the B → Kπ decays using the factorisation model with final state interaction phase shift included. For a typical value of the weak angle γ ≃ 70, corresponding to ρ = 0.12, η = 0.34, the factorisation model seems to describe qualitatively the latest CLEO data, with a preferred value for the phase difference δ in the range 40 − 70 and a corresponding large CPasymmetry. For a determinat...
